About

So much writing advice promises that there is a right answer to just about every step of the writing path. I only promise that there’s not.

The Write Opinion is 70% writing, 20% reading, and 10% how those two things fit together. The advice within is based on my experience as a writer and my opinion as a reader, curated into blurbs and lists to make it easier to see how your opinion aligns with mine.

But me? I’m the author of Lost in Nightmaires, an urban fantasy about the classic struggle between good, evil, and that gray area in between, and how a “found family” navigates that. You can check it out here.

This current trilogy has been a project to track my writing progress throughout the years, with book one written in high school, book two in the first half of college (before formal English classes), and book three developing under the knowledge of my writing classes.

In the midst of editing book three, I have also been developing two other projects: a science fiction novel about uncovering a heinous conspiracy that spans across dimensions, and a fantasy series about a power struggle complicated by the return of this world’s legends.
